Sugar Acid Reflux Can Be Especially Painful

Sugar is one of the main culprits in causing acid reflux pain because the sugar feeds the bacteria in the stomach. It also feeds any virus and cancer cells and the waste product is acid.

The result of eating too much sugar is to make your body produce too much acid in the body. This is very bad!

How about Artificial Sweeteners?

Don't do it! Don't do it! Don't do it!

Forget about reflux pain, artificial sweeteners do far more horrible things to your body. These chemicals upset the body's metabolism which can impede you from getting the proper nutrition from the food you eat.

For the transitory taste of a bit of sweetness it's just not worth considering.

Softdrinks?

Softdrinks are a no-no even if they are low in sugar. The carbonation (bubbles) which gives a drink its pleasant taste sensation will irritate the stomach and the body will attempt to halt this by adding antacid from the blood. This , then, leads to low calcium which the body replaces from the bones.

On top of this, nearly all softdrinks contain sugar which enters very quickly into the bloodstream and in excessive quantities it makes the pancreas to overwork pumping out insulin to lower the bloodsugar. As a byproduct this lowers the testosterone in the bloodstream.

Heck! I need all the testosterone I can get!

Summary

Avoid sugar and chocolates; Limit your intake of softdrinks, Never ever consume artificial sweeteners, and you never suffer from sugar induced acid reflux pain.
